مقدمه ای کوتاه

یکی از دغدغه هایی که در هنرهای تجسمی چه به صورت شخصی و فردی و چه به صورت سفارشی و تبلیغاتی همواره طی سال های فعالیتم به آن مشغول بوده ام خطاطی و گرایش به خط بوده است. سال ها پیش در ایام نوجوانی در مجموعه ای فرهنگی و مذهبی تا حدودی با نوشتن خط به روی پارچه و رول کاغذهای بزرگ به صورت مناسبتی فعالیت می کردم، آن روزها در کنار چند تن از اعضاء آن مجموعه پایه های خط نویسی ( رسم الخط) را در حدود ابتدایی آموختم و در هنرستان دوست خیلی خوبی داشتم و به همین سبب رسم الخط ثلث و نسخ و نستعلیق و گاه معلی را گهگاه از او آموخته ام. علی سلوم عزیز دوست خطاطی که ملیتی عرافی داشت و بسیار از او آموخته ام و دیگر پس از هنرستان متاسفانه او را ندیده ام... امیدوارم روزی او را دوباره ببینم.

و اما در مورد آثارحقیر:
در آثاری که با خط پدید می آورم معمولا به تلفیق خطوطی که تا حدودی به آن آشنایی دارم می پردازم، استفاده از ابزارهایی مثل ماژیک های متنوع سرتخت و سرگرد و مخصوص خطاطی ، قلمو، دو خودکار و گاهی با چند ابزار مختلف که با پرداخت و ویرایش رایانه ای گاه آن ها را به هم می آمیزم و گاه با همان ابزاری که دارم آن ها را ویرایش می کنم.
